A six-month FOX 5 investigation has uncovered a Hialeah roofing contractor accused of taking deposits from dozens of families recovering from past hurricanes, then disappearing without completing the work.
Court records reviewed by FOX 5 show the contractor has been sued 14 times since 2022, yet he remained licensed by the state until this week.
